Skygenix AI provides business strategy consulting, Workflow Audits, systems analysis and related business systems and workflow consulting services for established trades businesses, contractors and suppliers.

A Workflow Audit is an independent review intended to provide clarity, identify bottlenecks and opportunities, and provide practical recommendations and a prioritized roadmap.

The website provides general information about these services. Purchasing consulting services requires a separate written agreement, proposal or statement of work that explains the specific scope, fees, responsibilities and payment terms.

If a separate written agreement conflicts with these website terms, the written service agreement will govern the consulting engagement.

2. No Guarantee of Results

Recommendations are based on the information available at the time of the engagement and the professional judgement of Skygenix AI.
